The house is equipped with a safe, sheets and towels, ceiling fan, wooden floors, gas stove, refrigerator, and all the kitchen utensils necessary to enjoy cooking in this environment surrounded by nature. It also has a TV that can only be used with the Chromecast app, the house has fiber optic!
Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you get drinking water for drinking and cooking.

Sueño Verde: This wooden Caribbean Style House is walking distance from Cocles beach and just 10 minutes from downtowm Puerto Viejo.
Sueño Verde offers a large garden, privacy, for those looking for a simple vacation cottage on a 2500m2 property.
Has an equipped kitchen, one complete outdoor bathroom that is next to the terrace. Big living room and deck are overlooking to the tropical garden.
Have on mind that in this house we use rain and well water, we recommend you to get safe water for drinking and cooking
It is not required to have a car as with bikes you can ride to the beaches nearby, grocery store and Cocles' restaurants.
It is located in a "Pet Friendly House". Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before booking, please check with us about the conditions and policies of the "Pet Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet per stay applies.
You can also recharge your electric car at Sueño Verde: We have a 220 volt, 40 amp electric charging point, which allows you to use CREV or similar portable chargers to recharge your electric vehicle.

Simple cozy house in the heart of Cocles only 400 meters from the beach. Has a full equipped kitchen and open to the living room that has a sofa and dining table, 2 bedrooms with a double bed with mosquito net and fan, downstairs, beautiful bathroom with tropical flowers.
Nice wood floor terrace looking the tropical garden. The house is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood for those who enjoy tranquility and simplicity.
