New modern spacious houses in Playa Cocles. This property is 1.7 acres of tropical rainforest, accommodates 2 beautiful houses + the owners house,, only 5 min away from the ocean.

Each house has 2 spacious bedrooms with AC and Cable TV, 2 complete bathrooms and full equipped open kitchen in a luminous living room.

2 bedrooms in each house with a king sized bed, convertible to 2 twins for families or retreats. Each bedroom has its own beautiful bathroom with marble floors, shower and hot water. The bedrooms have spacious closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning and satellite television.
Have on mind that in this house we use rain and well water, we recommend you to get safe water for drinking and cooking

Each house can have 4 people. One house or both houses (the entire property) may be rented. Please inquire for special needs.

You can enjoy and relax on the spectacular terrace and listen to the sound of the ocean surrounded by lush tropical gardens with hummingbirds, monkeys, sloths, overlooking the property and swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing.

This place is great if you want to be steps away from the beach but close enough to all amenities.

Notes: Pets are not allowed. Children under 12 years old are not allowed, they are only allowed if they book the whole property.
Access: Only guests registered as part of the booking party are allowed on the premises. Please do not bring any new friends or unlisted persons to the property.

Overview: We ask that you treat the property as if it were your own property. Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you notice anything broken when you arrive, let us know right away.

Noise: Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum level at all times. No noise or music between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Safety: We suggest you please keep all valuables inside the safe and the doors locked when you leave the vicinity.

Smoking: Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. You may use the driveway area only and please pick-up your butts. A $200usd fee will be applied for cleaning if we suspect you have been smoking inside the home.

Early Check-In: If you plan to arrive outside standard check-in hours, there is an additional $50 fee for an early check-in between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Also, if you check in between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., it is the same additional $50 fee. Unfortunately, check-ins are not accepted after 11:00 p.m.

Our property is perched on a small hillside in Cocles, just south of Puerto Viejo and houses 5 luxury villas, built of beautiful tropical hardwoods. Forget your worries in the jungles of the Caribbean.

Villa Aliblanca has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with king sized beds, convertible into 2 individual beds upon request. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and satellite television. The rooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and a safe to store personal items.

There are 2 modern and large bathrooms in this villa. An accessible bathroom is located off the main living area, and the second bathroom is an ensuite to one of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hot water in all the taps.

The open concept main living area is exposed to the surrounding environment, yet fully screened to keep all bugs out of the house. Sliding doors can be opened to make this area one with the garden. This living space includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, bar, dining area, social area and a wrap-around deck overlooking the property and swimming pool.

The swimming pool area includes an outdoor shower, a lounge area and filtered water. It is a shared area between all the villas on the property.

Free and strong fiber optic Wi-Fi internet can be found throughout the entire property. We also have a caretaker on-site and a gated parking area with cameras for security.

All linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Towels can be changed upon request.
