Spacious modern house in Playa Chiquita. This beautiful house is surrounded by large trees and only 10 minutes from the sea.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bathroom, 1 mezzanine with a queen bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. House for a maximum of 6 people.
You can enjoy and relax on the terrace and listen to the sound of the sea, surrounded by lush tropical gardens with hummingbirds, monkeys, and sloths. This place is great if you want to be just steps from the beach, but close enough to all the amenities.
The house is fully equipped. Gas stove, refrigerator, freezer and all the kitchen utensils needed to enjoy cooking in this natural environment.
Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you obtain drinking water for drinking and cooking.

It is located in a 'Pet Friendly House'. Only one pet per stay is allowed, and this must be approved in advance. Before making the reservation, please consult with us the conditions and policies of the 'Pet Friendly House', as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet's stay applies.

Due to renovations on the neighboring property, there will be noise at different times of the day due to the ongoing construction work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
