We have an excellent location, in the heart of Playa Chiquita!
The space
Welcome to Oropopo House, immersed in nature and close to white sand beaches, it is the perfect place to relax, meditate, do yoga or simply read a book in the hammock while listening to the sounds of nature.
The room is available for your stay! It comes with a double bed for a maximum of 2 people.
The spaces include a kitchen with all the basic elements for cooking, full bathroom outside the room and terrace. Please take into account that Casa Oropopo
We have fiber optics of 25 megabits!
Keep in mind that we only have rainwater and well water; you will have to obtain drinking water for consumption and cooking. Although the well water has been tested and is considered safe, it has a yellowish tint.
On the same property, you will find other vacation rental houses, all are completely independent, but we share the same entrance. We like to foster a sense of community; a smile and mutual respect are always welcome.
Here parties, loud music, and drugs are not allowed. We prefer to enjoy the sounds of nature, watch birds, and contemplate the almond garden. Sloths, howler monkeys, agoutis, toucans, and other birds often visit us.
We are a few steps away from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry. We are just 20 minutes by bicycle from Puerto Viejo, 10 minutes from Cocles beach, 20 minutes from Punta Uva beach, and 45 minutes from the Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge.
Renting a bicycle is the best way to get around here; you don't need a car to get to the house: you can walk, use a bicycle and also have the option of public buses, tuk-tuks and taxis. Another excellent option is to rent a scooter.
You are in a "Pet-Friendly House". Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be previously approved. Before making a reservation, please consult with us about the conditions and policies of the "Pet-Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $20 applies for the stay of each pet.
