Approximately 3 to 5 minutes from beautiful tropical beaches such as Playa Cocles, where surfing is practiced at national and international levels, and Playa Manzanillo, where the Gandoca-Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge is located (the park that offers hiking options and the best viewpoint in the area).

We are also close to Punta Uva Beach, which is one of the favorites for kayaking tours, snorkeling, and water sports, and Chiquita Beach, which is considered one of the best beaches in the world. The bungalow is on a private property of 3,000 m², surrounded by virgin jungle, with sightings of macaws, parrots, toucans, iguanas, monkeys, and sloths within the property itself.

3 minutes from supermarkets, pharmacy and some of the best restaurants in the area. Open kitchen, fully equipped. A bedroom with a floating bed, orthopedic Queen XL mattress, glass doors that open to the garden; desk, closet, industrial fan. Large windows all around the bathroom and bedroom, there is a screen. Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, hot water. Private covered garage. Laundry area, washing machine. Drinking water with supply tanks. WIFI.

We appreciate that during your stay at our property, you inform us in advance in case you receive visits. We kindly ask you to coordinate previously with the property manager or with the owners to request the proper authorization.

Likewise, due to property policies, the maximum number of visitors allowed is 4 to 6 people, depending on the house's capacity.

Tuk tuks and taxis are not allowed to enter the property. In case visits arrive in a private vehicle and its entry is authorized, they will be directed to a specific area where they can park, always ensuring that the main access remains clear for entry and exit of the property.
